A native Texan, Taylor was raised in Alamo Heights, a suburb of San Antonio. During his youth he frequently visited Austin and decided early on to live here. He came to the University of Texas in 2001 and graduated with a degree in Economics. For several years afterward, Taylor traveled the world in search of culture while balancing a fledgling career in hospitality management. With a family history of woodcraft and home construction, Taylor found a natural pivot to Real Estate in 2009.

Outside of the office, Taylor frequents Austin’s natural areas for rock climbing, mountain biking, kayaking and sailing. The diverse Central Texas landscape provides limitless opportunities to explore nature. He expresses himself creatively through photography and woodworking.
