Shawn made his initial move to Austin in the Winter of 2010. The move was based around a post by his cousin, Paul, for an assistant's position. After interviewing, he received a formal offer for the job, but initially balked when thinking about making the move to Austin from his cozy hometown of Portsmouth, NH.

Paul hit him with the timeless quote "You miss 100% of the shots you don't take", and with that, Shawn decided to pull the trigger on uprooting his life to try something new.

While there have been a couple hiatuses in his tenure, Shawn has grown into his ever-evolving position. After starting out as an assistant, he became the office manager of the newly formed Twelve Rivers brokerage. Now, as the Sales Manager, Shawn works closely with Kevin and Paul in building the culture that Twelve Rivers has come to be known for.

With an eye for the minutiae, and a quick, thunderous laugh, Shawn is here to spread the "Shawnshine", as Kevin likes to say. He can be found assisting the agents in their day-to-day business, putting together the office social calendar, or lending a helping hand wherever it is needed.
