Nayeli is a native Texan that has gone from island life, to Austinite, to Hill Country boho life!
Her clients choose her because she applies a holistic guide to their investments, with a hyper focus on their well-being throughout the process. Nayeli recognizes the interconnected aspects of a person and their real estate goals, pairing the two as a reflection of their desires and lifestyle into buying and/or selling their investments.
As a Wimberley, TX woman, she has a deep passion for the environment and nature. Because of her NAR Green Certification, Nayeli is a great resource to connect you with builders or specify small home improvements to budget and live in a more sustainable home. An avid DIY-er, she was featured on Clay Imports’ Tile Blog and educated readers on how she spent her eco-dollars on ethical and sustainable practices and materials. Nayeli showed everyone how to “design with intention”, not to mention her knack for kick-butt aesthetics!
Nayeli’s day-to-day is centered around family, wellness, health and business. Cultivating wholeness is a daily practice she lives by and, as a mother first, she prioritizes a healthy work-life balance in everything that she does. After 16 years of Keepin’ It Weird in ATX, Nayeli moved to Wimberley, TX with her husband and two boys to live a life enveloped in nature and to cultivate a strong sense of community. Plus, the big city buzz of Austin is still close by!
When she is not offering real estate guidance to her clients (and helping a lot of them make the switch to Hill Country life) , she's exploring one of the Twelve Rivers of Texas with her family, hiking the Hill Country or at one of the many surrounding family-friendly wineries and distilleries.
