Julie is native to Austin, transplanted and grew up in Tyler, TX, and then returned to city she loved. Her career in the medical industry as a research technician instilled in her a great deal of appreciation for detail and the needs of others.However, her love for real estate was too strong and brought her over to the industry in 2007, and she became licensed in 2009. She is also an active member in the Women’s Council of Realtors Austin Chapter.
She brings extensive experience in contract to close transaction coordination that she gained while working as an independent contractor. Upon realizing she had a talent with short sales negotiations, she started a company, employing several other professionals to help homeowners avoid foreclosure. She became a certified instructor to spread the knowledge to the real estate arena. This specialty gives her extensive experience in Price vs. Value negotiations, which is vital for any buyer or seller! She also carries, knowledge and experience in investment properties and rentals as well as the closing process and details within a title company.
Julie enjoys the simple things in life- family, being outdoors and working out. She also appreciates the importance of making a house a home, and is dedicated to helping her clients find theirs.
