Originally from a small town bordering Texas, Jennifer pursed her "big town dream" and moved to the Austin area to earn a bachelor's degree in psychology at Texas State University. Although Jennifer loved learning the science of behavior and mind, she began to question whether a typical 9-5 job was the right route for her. Midway to graduation, she decided that she could no longer hold off beginning her entrepreneurial journey. So along with being a full-time college student, Jen began her venture as an individual contractor. Throughout her last years in college, Jen was a telemarketer for a wholesale real estate company, worked with clients one-on-one as a digital marketer, until finally, she began her career as a realtor.
This knowledge coupled with her degree in psychology has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating both home buyers and sellers, and marketing listings with effective and useful materials.
Jen believes that homeownership is more than just a financial investment, it is an investment in security. She helps her clients find a home in which they will feel protected, can raise their children, and create unforgettable memories.
She also understands the importance of residential real estate investments. Location, price, and timing are all critical pieces of the process, and she knows that for all the pieces to come together, her and her clients have to be strategic and often, in the Austin market, patient.
When helping a client sell their home, Jen carefully evaluates and maximizes the market opportunities. She understands that for most people, their home is their most valuable asset, and because of this she treats the transaction as if it were her own.
Finding the right property or selling a home has its rewards, but a lifelong relationship with her clients is what brings Jennifer genuine personal satisfaction.
