Originally from Central Illinois, Crystal moved to Austin in the fall of 2005. She fell in love with the beauty, music and people of Austin. She received her bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and Journalism from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.Prior to joining 12 Rivers Crystal was a Property Manager in Central Austin, specializing in UT Campus. During that time she saw a need for high-quality property and lease management.

Crystal believes that in order to be successful in life you need to have compassion for other’s needs and remember that not every one situation is the same and deserves to be handled uniquely and personally. That is why she loves real estate, specifically property management.

For the tenant it’s their home and the place where memories are made, for the owners it’s an investment both of which will last a lifetime.
