A Logistician for Living
Born and raised in Plano, TX , Brandon attended Plano Senior High School. He then studied business at the University of Texas and moved to Houston and experienced Hurricane Harvey in a serious way. After losing everything and moving to Austin, Brandon says, "I understand the emotional feelings of those relocating to a new town and needing to find a place to live."
In a "past life", Brandon was a freight broker for 14 years. Helping Fortune 500 manufacturers negotiate contracts with logistics companies, he refined some of his strongest attributes - communication and negotiation. Bringing those same skills now to Brandon's real estate career, he can understand your needs, and can help you through anything that comes up.
They say when you marry, you marry your spouse’s family too. Brandon's relationship with his in-laws who have been in real estate for 40+ years working as commercial real estate appraisers, realtors, and as investors has been a source of real self-learning about his passion for real estate and dedication to helping others. Owning several rental properties in the Austin area is something Brandon enjoys. Taking care of and making sure his tenants are always attended to is his secret. In addition to having his own rental properties, Brandon excels at helping others find their own investments. He has learned the importance of being an expert in the market being invested in, knowing the neighborhoods in and out, and being up to date on real estate news and statistics. Comfortable and confident in negotiations, Brandon can get you the best possible deal.
In his spare time, Brandon enjoys spending time at his family lake house on Lake Travis, boating, hiking, hunting, and fishing. He is also proud to have five beautiful and charismatic children ages 18 months to 11 years old. The kids, who continue to keep Brandon and his wife on their toes, are being raised in Northwest Hills and attend Doss Elementary. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, Brandon owned a hill country wine tour business. If you enjoy wine tastings he can give you some great tips on your next wine tour road trip. Involved with "Cheers for Children", a benefit for the Dell Children's Medical Center, Brandon and his wife enjoy volunteering with them immensely.
As a master of complex processes, Brandon can help you sell or buy your next home!
